Destination Travel Expenses
Photography package pricing is separate from destination travel expenses. Invoices for travel expenses are provided with the final invoice.

A minimum of three nights' accommodation near the wedding location

Travel Coordination by Luxa Elite
Travel arrangements can be seamlessly coordinated through Luxa Elite, allowing the photographer’s travel requirements to be incorporated directly into your overall destination wedding planning.
When Luxa Elite secures discounted or complimentary airfare, accommodation, or ground transportation through preferred supplier rates, group bookings, or destination partnerships — those savings are passed along directly to you.
A Limited Invitation
Two Destination Weddings at No Fee
I’m currently offering two weddings at no photography fee when travel is fully covered — an opportunity to capture two very different venues and countries. When the photographer’s travel and accommodation are covered directly by Luxa Elite, the couple, or the wedding planner, the photography package may be offered at a reduced rate or waived. Any discount is based on the actual value of travel and accommodation provided and confirmed in writing before booking is finalized.
